By accessing or using Praksis, including our web application (app.praksis.ai) and mobile application for iOS (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Praksis is an AI-powered platform for strategic work. The Service provides tools for interviews, voice capture, document management, AI-assisted analysis, and workflow automation. Praksis is available as a web application and as a companion mobile app for iOS.
When you create an account, you agree to:
You may sign in using email/password, Google, or Apple. By using a third-party authentication provider, you also agree to their terms of service.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees owed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law, including the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (angrerettloven) where applicable.
The Service uses a token-based system for AI processing. Tokens are consumed when you use AI features such as analysis, transcription, and dialogue. Unused tokens do not roll over between billing periods unless specified in your plan. Token consumption rates vary by feature and model used.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or input through the Service. You grant Praksis a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not use your content to train AI models. Your content is processed by third-party AI providers only to generate responses for you, and is subject to their data processing terms.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, analysis, and other outputs. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. Praksis does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.
Praksis and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including its design, code, features, trademarks, and documentation. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
You may delete your account at any time from the Privacy settings in the web application. Upon deletion, your personal data and content will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Deleting your account will also cancel any active subscription.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, Praksis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway. If you are a consumer within the EU/EEA, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
